Start by filling out the inquiry form on my website. This gives me all the details I need—your session type, location, preferred dates, and vision. I’ll respond within 24–48 hours with availability, pricing, and next steps.

Once you’re ready to move forward, a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit are required to officially reserve your session date. This ensures your spot on my calendar and allows us to begin planning your session with intention.
3. welcome guide
After your date is secured, you’ll receive a detailed welcome guide via email or text—whichever you prefer. This guide includes what to expect, styling tips, location guidance, and everything you need to feel confident and prepared going into your session.
4. Your session day
On session day, I’ll guide you every step of the way. From gentle posing to natural prompts, my goal is to create a relaxed, comfortable experience while documenting authentic moments that feel true to you.
5. Gallery delivery
Within 3 weeks you’ll receive a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images.
I recommend booking 2–3 months in advance to make sure your date is available and my schedule isn’t full. If you need your photos back by a specific date, please allow at least 3 weeks for editing and delivery. That way I can give your images the time and attention they deserve.

Yes!! I absolutely love traveling for sessions. I’ll go anywhere to have the chance to capture real connections and beautiful moments with you. Travel sessions do include an additional fee.
Q: Do you travel?
If it’s hard rain, we’ll reschedule. I want your session to be enjoyable, not stressful. But if it’s just a light drizzle, we can absolutely make it work and even turn it into something fun and artsy with clear umbrellas, or go for a cinematic vibe with the soft rain. If it’s windy, I still shoot . It can add a little extra drama and movement to your photos.
Open communication is a must, so I’m always happy to hear any concerns and plan accordingly to make sure you feel confident and comfortable.
Q: What happens if it rains or the weather changes?
My family did a 1 hr photoshot with Ashley. Everything went great from the location she picked out for us to the ease of the session even with my kids. She goes out of her way to make sure your pictures turn out good! She will be our photographer for life!
